The engineers at IES helped build some of the fastest and most complex bottling lines in the U.S. We can design a complete system from the unloading station to the storage silos and drum handling, complex ingredient addition and mixing, pasteurization, filling, bottle handling, packaging, and stretch-wrapping finished products.
Our team of designers and engineers have designed and fully installed automated CIP and COP systems for complex processes involving tanks, pumps, pipelines, valves, and the associated process machinery. We have experience with 3 stage evaporator systems, aseptic pasteurizing, pumping, and storage.
We understand that each food process is unique and we have experience handling and processing a large variety of food products, from raw to finished goods, including both fresh and frozen carrots, potatoes, prunes, and blueberries. Our team has demonstrated success in designing processes in demanding locations with extreme uptime requirements.
